Greensburg is a little town about 120 miles from Wichita. The population was near 1600 people. The world’s largest hand dug well was located here. On May 4, 2007 GreensburgĂ‚Â by a terrible F5 Twister that ripped through the town at around 10 p.m. 95% of the town was demolished. Leaving 9 dead. (As far as I know.) The whole city was evacuated in the middle of the night. Questions remain what will become of the town.
